Empowering millennial women through the chaos.

About the Author
The inspiration behind "Everything is fine, I'm fine."
Hi, I’m Danielle — professional overthinker, part-time chaos coordinator, and full-time millennial woman trying to convince myself (and you) that everything is fine. On a serious note, I have a MS in counseling (yes, I am a therapist) and I have been a personal trainer since 2017 as well.
I spent my childhood in plaid skirts at Catholic school, which left me with a deep appreciation for questions, doubts, and not blindly accepting everything you’re told. These days, I believe in spirituality, self-discovery, and the kind of conversations that make you feel a little less alone in the world.
I don’t drink coffee (I know, shocking), but I do have ADHD, which means my mornings often start out strong (yes, I’m the type who goes to the gym before 8 AM) and then spiral into distraction by lunch. This blog is where I make sense of that contrast — where ambition, messiness, and humor all collide.
When I’m not writing about mental health, empowerment, or how women are quietly running the world, you can usually find me…
-
forgetting where I put my phone (while holding it),
-
creating elaborate to-do lists I’ll ignore,
-
or having deep, soulful chats with friends about life’s big “what ifs.”
Everything Is Fine, I’m Fine is my corner of the internet where I share the funny, the messy, and the meaningful — because I believe women, LGBTQ+, and people of color deserve a safe and affirming space going beyond labels that feels like both a group therapy session and a girls’ night out.
So pull up a chair. Bring your chaos. Let’s figure it out together.
